1. All tickets are to be paid for at the time of booking through PayPal.
2. In order that we can ensure the correct mix of guests we regret that we are unable to accept cancellations. If you are unable to attend an event, or in the unlikely circumstances that we have to cancel an event, we shall endeavour to arrange a ticket for you to an alternative event.
3. Flirtatious Liaisons simply hosts events that provide an opportunity for people to meet in a relaxed, discreet atmosphere, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or emotional distress that maybe suffered directly or indirectly by our guests, or any person connected with them, as a result of attendance at any of our events.
4. We are not a dating agency and we offer no guarantee that you will meet anyone at any of our events. We cannot and do not verify the personal details of any of our guests, including their marital status, or any other background information. It is your responsibility to verify the information of any persons you meet and we strongly recommend that you do so. We also strongly recommend that you approach any meeting or further contact with any persons with the same degree of caution you would employ when meeting anyone for the first time.
5. Should you meet someone at one of our events any future meetings or such arrangements are entirely at your discretion and your responsibility. We cannot and do not guarantee that any meeting will develop further.
6. At our events we may provide samples of products from other companies that we feel may be of interest to our guests. We have no control over these companies or their products and therefore we have no responsibility for any loss, damage and/or injury or any kind that may be suffered as a result of the use and/or misuse of these products and you agree to release Flirtatious Liaisons from any liability in respect thereof.
7. Flirtatious Liaisons will not disclose, or pass to any third party, any of your personal details or information except where required by law or with your prior written consent. We may use the contact details provided to inform you of any forthcoming events that may be of interest to you. All correspondence from us will be through our trading name of E-N-E or Flirtatious Liaisons.
8. Flirtatious Liaisons' events are held at venues over which Flirtatious Liaisons have no control. Therefore in the unlikely event that you suffer any loss, damage or injury of any kind at a Flirtatious Liaisons event, you agree to release Flirtatious Liaisons from any liability in respect thereof. Flirtatious Liaisons reserve the right to change the venue, timings and content of any of its events.
9. Flirtatious Liaisons' booking of any venue is limited to the hire of the necessary facilities to provide the event, we do not book any overnight accommodation for our guests, and neither would it be possible for us to do so. If any guest wishes to avail themselves of the accommodation offered by any venue then it is their responsibility to make the arrangements directly with the venue in question. Flirtatious Liaisons take no responsibility for any such bookings nor for any loss, damage or injury of any kind that may result there from.
10. We endeavour to provide only the highest standards of entertainment at our events and will endeavour to provide accurate information in respect of such entertainment in our advertising. However it the responsibility of our guests to ensure that the entertainment provided will not cause offence or trigger any medical conditions (i.e. through the use of strobe lighting) and you agree to release Flirtatious Liaisons for any liability in respect thereof.
11. By booking a ticket to any of our events you hereby agree to strictly adhere to our policies on acceptable behaviour stated below:
- any threatening, harassing, overtly sexual or drunken behaviour will not be tolerated;
- any discrimination on grounds of sex, race, religion, sexual orientation and/or age will not be tolerated;
- the taking and/or possession of prohibited drugs will not be tolerated;
- no cameras or recording equipment will be permitted at any event. All mobile phones must remain switched off;
- guests must be dressed in attire suitable for a premier "black tie" occasion.
- Soliciting of any kind including other companies will not be tolerated.
- Any breach of any of these rules or any other behaviour which we feel is inappropriate will result in your expulsion from the event with no refund.
12. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason without refund.
13. On confirmation of a booking we will provide you with details of contact card which you ensure are completed before you attend any event. This card must be brought to and kept with you at all times during the event. Failure to do so may result in your exclusion from the event. This information will not be collected or used unless necessary.
14. All information obtained from ourselves or any of our guests, whether at any event or otherwise, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be repeated, disseminated or misused in any way (including, but not limited to for the purposes of personal gain). If we become aware of any abuse of such information, Flirtatious Liaisons reserves the right to take any and all appropriate action.
